The Chapel

The chapel is open 24 hours a day.  It is located on the first floor of UNM Hospital near the main entrance.  Staff chaplains visit patient floors to lend emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families.  If you or a family member would like spiritual support, let your nurse know.  They can help you in having a chaplain or clergy of your religion visit with you.

The chaplain/clergy serve all of UNM Hospitals, so please feel free to ask for them even if your family member is at UNM Carrie Tingley Hospital, UNM Children's Hospital, UNM Children's Psychiatric Center, or UNM Psychiatric Center.
