Payment Plans and Financial Assistance

If you need assistance paying your bill we may assist you with payment plans and/or financial assistance.

Payment Plans

We highly recommend that you contact your insurance provider before any hospital, clinic or physician office visit to find out what is covered under your plan and whether you will be responsible for any part of the payment.  If you are not able to pay your account in full, we can help you with a payment plan.

Financial Assistance/Discount Program

If you are unable to pay for medical services, you may qualify for one of our financial assistance programs.  Please note the basic eligibility requirements:

• You are a permanent resident living in the State of NM.
• Do not meet Income Support Division eligibility requirements (Medicaid).
• Meet other criteria for financial assistance, which is based on information you will be asked to provide regarding your residency in the state of NM, income, assets, and household size.  Other information may be asked during the interview as well.
