MCICU currently has 2 active Shared Governance Councils: the Unit/Community Service Council and the Clinical/Education/Research Council. Both councils are each shared by a staff nurse. In addition to the councils, the unit also has the End-of-Life Care Task Force specializing in providing patients and their family guidance and care.
