To Refer a Child to Pediatric Neurology:

Families or Providers may call either of the two clinic scheduling lines (505)272-3160 or (505)272-3342 make an appointment. If you as a provider feel that the problem is urgent and the child needs an appointment sooner, schedule the appointment and then call the PALS line (505)272-2000 and ask to speak to the Pediatric Neurologist on call to arrange a sooner appointment or ask for suggestions for interim care. Once appointments are scheduled, please fax pertinent records (test results, growth charts) to the appropriate location to either the clinic (505)272-9427 or the administrative staff at (505)272-6692.

To schedule either a pediatric muscular dystrophy or oculopharyngeal (OPMD) patient, please call the Muscular Dystrophy Association office at (505)828-1331.

To schedule for any of the outreach clinics, please call the administrative office (505)272-3342 for the contact name and phone number in that particular city. The outreach clinics (except Gallup) are conducted through Children's Medical Services through the local Public Health Office.
