The Program accepts most medical insurance plans, but in some cases prior approval or referral by the primary care provider may be necessary.  The Program staff will be happy to assist patients with cost and coverage questions.  The patient or his/her physician can make appointments by contacting the University Hospital Sleep Disorders Center by mail or telephone at:
