RN's.. the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) enables you to receive pay increases from $1.50 to $5.00 over base pay per hour for your experience and certifications!  The purpose of the CAP program is to provide opportunities for professional growth, to promote collaboration among nurses, assist in recruitment and retention of quality nurses as well as recognize and reward excellence!
